Shipping & Returns

At Fairncomely Boutique, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we've outlined our return policy to ensure a hassle-free process.

  1. Returns Eligibility:
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached, with clear garment packaging with SKU label.
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
    • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
      • If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
    • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
    • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
    • Please allow FairNComely 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
    • FairNComely will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
    1. How to Initiate a Return:
    • Please contact our customer service team at fairncomely@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
    1. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
    1. Refund Process:
    • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them for eligibility.
    • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the items are received and approved.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Processing time is 5 - 7 business days after we receive the return.
    • To help expedite the processing of returns, please follow these instructions:
      • Return authorization number must be included with the return. (This can be found under Orders -> Return on the site).
      • All items returned must be new, unworn, and in an original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.
      • Send return back within 7 business days of this submission to:

    1. Please note, the return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined if the above criteria are not met.
      1. Once a return is processed, we will reach out via email to confirm.
    1. Exchanges:
    • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item.
    1. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at fairncomely@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
    1. Store Credit:
    • If you prefer, we can issue a store credit instead of a refund. Store credits do not expire

    Shipping Destinations

    FairNComely  is currently shipping to:

    • Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
    • Including P.O. Boxes. 
    • All US Military bases, APO/FPO
    • Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

    FairNComely does not ship to customers outside the United States at this time.

    Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time. 

     

    Return to Sender or Undeliverable Packaging

    Per USPS/UPS/FedEx, returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations can take up to 30 days or more to be sent back to the sender. FairNComely is not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses inputted by the customer. 

    To avoid long wait times and potential manual errors, any package that is returned to FairNComely or has tracking status "return to sender" or "undeliverable" will automatically be refunded.

    *Please be sure to confirm that the address is correct when you place the replacement order to ensure that the package can be delivered without any further issues.
